We collect personal details to ensure we can deliver the rafting Bled experience you expect. This information helps us manage bookings, communicate essential details, and improve our services. Please note: we cannot be held responsible for third-party handling of sensitive details like payment information. Declining to provide certain details may limit the activities in Bled or services we can offer.

Il contratto
“Clients” refers to all participants named in a booking. By confirming your rafting in Bled reservation, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Condizioni mediche
Please inform us of any medical conditions before booking your rafting Bled tour. Failure to disclose health issues may result in denial of participation.
Viaggiare con i bambini
Children must meet minimum age requirements per activity. For Bled rafting, children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Details are available on www.sava-rafting.com under each activity description.
Cancellazione da parte del Cliente
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of your rafting in Bled adventure (5% cancellation fee applies).
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows.
• Non-refundable tours are final unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
Cancellazione da parte di Sava Rafting Bled
We may cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). If we cancel, you’ll receive a refund or an alternative Bled rafting activity. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Rischi e riconoscimenti
Participating in rafting Bled and other outdoor activities in Bled involves inherent risks: rapid water, changing conditions, cold water, or unpredictable weather. By joining, you acknowledge these risks, including the possibility of personal injury or loss. Medical facilities may not be immediately accessible during Bled rafting trips.
Our guides prioritize safety but may make errors in judgment. It’s your responsibility to assess personal suitability for our rafting in Bled tours. You confirm you are medically and physically capable of participating in your selected activities in Bled.
