TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you and Sava Rafting Bled by Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. By booking an activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. They affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.
THE CONTRACT
Hereafter “customers” or “clients” shall refer to the person or persons named in the booking including minors, and “agent” or “supplier” to any person, organization or company that sells Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. services through an agreement with Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. Cancellation Policy & Waiver with acknowledgement of risks that follow. By making a booking the client accepts to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. has the right to decline any booking. The service to be provided are the activities referred to in the booking confirmation.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. in writing prior to booking. Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. reserves the right to cancel a booking. Likewise, failure to notify Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. of any such condition may result in the customer’s denial of services. Domen Dijak s.p. before booking any activities. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY BY THE CLIENT or AGENT
Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. does not provide any discounts or refunds for missed or unused services, whether voluntary or involuntary. Any deposit or full price which has been paid to Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. will be fully refunded in case of the service/activity is being cancelled on the part of Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. For cancellation on behalf of the Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p.s clients or agents, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Policy for bookings with check-out after 02 July 2020:
• For free-cancellation tour options:
o Up to 24 hours before the beginning of the activity: full refund. We charge a 5% cancellation fee.
o Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the activity or no-show: no refund.
• For non-refundable tour options Sales are final and cancellations will be subject to approval under exceptional circumstances.
• Travelers who cancel a booking more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund*(We charge a 5% cancellation fee) from Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p.or a gift code redeemable for the full value of their booking
CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITY BY Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p.
Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. reserves the right to cancel any activity for any reason, but will only cancel an activity less than 12 hours before departure due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p.’s control (Force Majeure). Should Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. cancel an activity the client or agent will be offered a refund or an alternative Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. activity. If the price of the alternative activity is less than the original activity, Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. will refund the difference. If the price of the alternative activity is more than the original activity then the client or guest is obligated to settle the difference. Športne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the client may have incurred as a result of the booking.
Releasor acknowledges that the following minors are in the release of care and control are also considered named releasors who are fully covered and governed by this Acknowledgment of Risk – Waiver, Release & Indemnity of Liability. No one under six (6) years old may participate in any way Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. Trip to Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. and for reasons such as unpredictable or unsafe conditions this is cancelled by Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p., the amount will be fully refunded.
The scheduled start of your trip is the date of the Activity. RISKSI acknowledges that: Activities with Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. (in after ‘Sava rafting Bled’ Which term includes Sportne dejavnosti Domen Dijak s.p. related and affiliated companies and Their employees, guides, instructors, pilots, drivers, officers, directors and agents are intentionally designed to take clients ‘off the beaten path’, to places where facilities, infrastructure, and safety and other standards may not be sophisticated. On the activities with Domen Dijak s.p. I might encounter whitewater rapids and changing water flows, and there is the possibility of being jolted, jarred, bounced, thrown to, and shaken about. I realize that prolonged exposure to cold water can result in hypothermia and death. Permanent disability and/or personal injury, including permanent disability and death. Medical facilities and services may not be accessible and may not be sophisticated. Guests and clients may encounter other environmental hazards, such as falling rocks, sudden storms, lightning, blizzards, avalanches, and flash floods. I might become lost or separated from my drivers, guides, or instructors. Our Trips and Activities involve a good amount of time spent in a vehicle, aircraft, or boat, so car sickness, air sickness, discomfort, or other forms of motion sickness may develop. I may be exposed to bacteria, viruses, and diseases that are rare or unknown in my home country. I may encounter and be attacked by dangerous wildlife. There are also risks associated with the trips. Outdoor Slovenia has no control. I am the responsible person for my safety. In the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be available. Guides have difficult jobs to perform. They seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be ignorant of a participant’s fitness or abilities. They might misjudge the weather, the elements, or the terrain. They are subject to errors in judgment and may not be associated with fault at a later point in time.Participant/releasor/guardian further, or any other minor or minor child in his / her charge, have any known medical condition (s) or disabilities incompatible with the safe participation in any or all of the activities participant/releaser/guardian has selected, and further described.
