The meeting time is 15 minutes before the scheduled sit-on-top kayaking adventure. If the adventure is scheduled at 9 am, be at the meeting point at 8.45 am at the latest. Possible unexpected situations on the road should be taken into consideration. Sometimes we have to organize multiple van shuttle pickups and we, therefore, can not wait long for late-arriving guests.

Your safety is always our top priority. In the event of extremely bad weather or very high water levels, we reserve the right to cancel the kayaking tour. If this occurs, you will be offered an alternative date or receive a full refund.
However, during normal rainfall, the adventure continues as planned, and we will provide anorak jackets to keep you comfortable.

Yes, for your safety, wearing a helmet and life jacket is MANDATORY throughout the entire kayaking adventure. All safety equipment is provided and must be worn while on the water.

Can I Bring My Mobile Phone?
We strongly advise against bringing mobile phones during your kayaking tour. There is a significant risk of losing or damaging your phone, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Can I Bring a Camera?
You are welcome to bring a GoPro or other water-resistant camera. We highly recommend securing it with a strap or mounting it on your helmet (some of our helmets have GoPro mounts available). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal camera.
Additionally, our guides will take action photos throughout the tour using our own GoPro camera, so you’ll have great memories to look back on—even if you don’t bring your own device.
